Safeguarding & Child Protection

Section 175 of the Education Act 2002 places an explicit duty on Governing bodies to ensure that policies and procedures in schools regarding safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children are effective.

St. Mary's Catholic Federation, Carshalton has policies and procedures in place regarding the safeguarding of all children and also to promote the welfare of children.
